Your program will be managed and updated every 4-6 weeks, depending on your workout frequency. As your coach, I am here virtually to teach and help keep you accountable. We'll see each other Online before each phase of training starts to ensure you’re ready!

This plan is for those who have been resistance training for over 6-months, have pretty good form, and are self-motivated.

SUPPLEMENTAL

  • Form Sessions

This plan is the same as the individual plan but offered at a discounted rate to my current & past personal training clients who want me to manage their workouts outside our sessions.

  • Custom Resistance Program: This is a resistance program designed for your goals, taking into account your age, workout history, equipment availability, abilities, and limitations.

  • Initial Assessments: Overhead Squat assessment, Ankle Mobility, Plank, and Push-up Test.

  • Form Sessions (via Zoom or FaceTime): We meet online at the start of each phase to demonstrate proper form and discuss program details.

  • Phone Check-Ins: 15-minute max, bi-weekly phone calls. The first phase of starting your plan is weekly.

  • Weekly Email Support: Every week, you can send one email with unlimited questions regarding your program & training for me to answer.

DISCLAIMER: I don’t have barbells in my private gym, and they won’t appear in your Online program either. I prefer implements that allow a more natural motion path and are more comfortable on the wrists and shoulders. Barbell lifts have their place, just not with the population I train. However, this doesn’t mean we won’t be squatting, pressing, or deadlifting.
