I am not disciplined in working out. In fact I try to avoid it. When my wife referred me to Cara I thought it would be a futile effort. However, I was wrong. Cara impressed me with with her tenacity and her custom approach to each of her clients. I worked out with her for over 4 months about 2x a week and noticed many benefits including better posture, more muscle mass and better sleep. Cara is is very disciplined and concerned with her clients. Her easy going attitude and attention to detail and focus on your personal goals make her indispensable to anyone who seeks her expertise. Cara is an incredible personal trainer and communicator and I'm so grateful to have found her. Communication is two way and Cara is also an amazing listener. She is committed to helping you reach your goals. I share if I am feeling any pain and Cara on the fly is able to develop alternate options that completely address the pain. I'm in my 40's and old injuries showed their ugly heads pretty early in working with Cara, and in less than 3 months my knee pain that had initially been limiting my ability to do exercises, has completely gone away. I'm now able to do exercises with zero pain and no limitations at all. We're now working through an old shoulder injury and I'm 100% confident I'll be pain free and unlimited with shoulder exercises very soon. This thrills me beyond words. Not to mention the tangible improvements I am seeing with muscle gain, weight management (combined with a healthy diet), sleep improvement, better mood and stress management. Cara is also generous with her time. We fit a LOT in in an hour and if she doesn't have another client immediately after me, she gives me the option of a few extra minutes. I started on a 3 month program at 2x/week and have already extended another 6 months, and fully expect to continue after that. Cara's gym is always spotless and clean and the equipment she has is top of the line, best out there. I could not recommend Cara higher.

I’m a full time single mom to three kiddos, and while working out and staying in shape is important to me, I don’t always know what to do on my own or have a lot of time. Cara is AMAZING! I have trained with her over the years, and she always come up with fun workouts for me and ones that I can also do at home on my own. I suffered some injuries that impacted my physical fitness for a couple of years. I began working with Cara when I felt ready to get back into shape. Cara listened to my challenges and tuned in to some trouble spots. She built a program for me that gradually pushed through some of my limitations and increased my overall strength. She even created a home workout program for me based on the equipment I had. Wow, Cara is so precise in her coaching really taking time to learn my goals and then correcting my form where I need it so I get the most out of my workout without getting injured. She’s got all the best equipment too with clever exercises I would not have thought of on my own and the right tools I haven’t seen at other facilities. She’s motivating and we have so much fun while we are at it so it’s working but doesn’t feel like work! I feel great and am looking forward to my next session!

I love Cara! She’s very detail-oriented, keeps notes of all your workout every session, and keeps track of your progress. If you’re new to weight training or exercise in general, she’s great at explaining the correct way to execute a movement so you don’t injure yourself. Cara is an amazing trainer! I always felt cared for and know she was committed to helping me achieve my goals. You can see the effort she puts in from her initial questions and questionnaire to the personalized work out plans she develops. I've trained with Cara for the past five months and I've made so much improvement. I went from no exercise at all to working out 2-3 times a week and my body has never felt better. I made her aware of my difficulties with my previously broken ankle and she created a plan to help strengthen my ankle. Additionally, when I tell her my ankle (or any part of my body) feels uncomfortable, we work around it on that particular day and see how I feel during the next work out. It's no longer normal to feel ankle pain in my day to day life. She pushes me just hard enough that I'm only slightly sore the next day and we move up in weight/sets/reps (never all at once) at times when she notices that I've gotten comfortable with the current work out. We also change up our workouts every now and then so it's never the same thing over and over again. You can tell she knows what she's doing. And on top of all that, Cara is just a great person! She's entertaining, encouraging, and fun. We immediately clicked during my consultation with her and I'm so glad she's my personal trainer.
